The Deyun Society is one of the most famous large-scale and professional comedy societies in China, with the full name Beijing Deyunsha Culture Communication Company Limited, founded in 1995. It was once known as Beijing Comedy Congress, and was renamed De Yun She in 2003. With the aim of "letting comedy return to the theater" and doing "real comedy", De Yun She opened a new format at the Beizhan Theater on July 3, 2011, using offending dialects and a mix of drama and comedy to perform various styles and genres of comedy for the audience, ranging from the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China, to the post-Foundation of New China. The show will feature a variety of styles and genres of comedy from the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China and the founding of New China.

De Yun She is a performing arts group that promotes the culture of the northern ethnic groups, cultivates talents and serves the public. Society initially by the famous comedian ZhangWenShun, GuoDeZhang, LiJing was created in 1995, after twenty-three years of wind and rain to today's difficult, but it is worthwhile to comfort is after Mr. GuoDeZhang and many of the old and new comedian's unremitting efforts, DeYunShe is gradually towards glory. Beijing Deyunshe is headquartered at the Tianqiao Theater, and also has the Sanlitun Theater, the Sanqingyuan Theater, the Guangde Building Theater, and the Huguang Huigang Hall Theater, as well as Deyunshe in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Deyunshe in Jilin Province, and Deyunshe in the south of China's Nanjing Province. There is also the first overseas branch of the De Yun She Melbourne Branch.
