Introduction of Microarray Chip

Microarray chip refers to a large number of biological macromolecules, such as nucleic acid fragments, polypeptide molecules and even tissue sections, cells and other biological samples, which are solidified on the surface of supports (such as glass slides, nylon membranes and other carriers) to form a dense two-dimensional molecular arrangement, and then react with the target molecules in the labeled biological samples to be detected. The strength of the reaction signals is rapidly parallel by special instruments, such as laser focusing scanners or charge coupled cameras.
