Why is this happening?

First, do you think decent work is more important? Working in a factory is boring, and tomorrow I will go to work in the workshop, that is, workers. When I came home, I was asked by everyone. I felt that working in the factory was not on the table and I was embarrassed to talk about work. I feel that the factory work is inferior, which makes me unconsciously have no courage, but changing my job will make me more courageous, at least it is not a hot job, which is hard to say.

Second, I hope to be closer to home? Most young people are left-behind children when they were young, and they were brought up by grandparents. They have children, and when they go to school, they especially want to be with them. This will not let the children go their own way. After all, left-behind children are unhealthy for their children's growth, so they will have concerns when they have children, so they don't want to be too far away from home and want to be with them.

Third, life is more important than work. Most of the work in the factory faces machines and repetitive life every day, and the working hours are very long, so there is no extra time to enjoy life. When I have accumulated some wealth in the factory, I hope to leave the factory and find a more relaxed job, so that I can see the beautiful scenery and enjoy my life better.
