Gan Opera is a local traditional drama in Jiangxi Province and one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Gan Opera was formed by the merging of Raohe Opera and Xinhe Opera in the northeast of Gan, and was officially named Gan Opera after entering the provincial capital of Nanchang in 1951. Yiyang Opera, a local traditional drama of Yiyang County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, is one of the national intangible cultural heritages.
