How to make poison arrows in my world

My world has three kinds of poison arrows, synthesized and made as follows:

I. Poison Arrow (0:05): arrow + lagging poison potion (0:11)

II. Poison Arrow (0:11): arrow + lagging poison potion (0:22)

III. Poison Arrow II (0:02): arrow + lagging poison potion II (0 :5)
