What is the digital divide?
Since the late 1990s, the digital divide has been widely concerned by governments, social organizations and research institutions at home and abroad. For example, in July 2000, at the G8 Summit held in Okinawa, Japan, G8 leaders discussed how to bridge the digital divide.

2. The widening digital divide between different regions and between urban and rural areas in China is not conducive to the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and the stability of the country.
3. The digital divide between small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises. This gap is now becoming one of the main obstacles preventing small and medium-sized enterprises from catching up with large enterprises.
