What is sparkling red wine and its production technology?

Sparkling wine: the so-called sparkling wine, the professional explanation is that at 20℃, the pressure of carbon dioxide in the wine is equal to or greater than 0.5 bar. In layman's terms, it is sparkling wine.

There are three sources of carbon dioxide in wine:

First of all, the bottle "secondary fermentation"

The most famous sparkling wine is "champagne". Later, Australia invented red sparkling wine, especially Australian Shiraz red sparkling wine, which is famous all over the world.

Production technology:

Collecting → juicing → fermentation → culture → clarification → adding secondary alcohol fermentation liquid → secondary fermentation culture in bottle → secondary fermentation in wine jar → manual shaking bottle → mechanical shaking bottle → opening bottle to remove wine residue → adding sugar → bottling.
