He is very serious, responsible and careful. He is a role model that I have always followed. He wears many hats, but whenever I ask him for help with something, he always replies to me immediately and answers my call.

He never says he is busy, he can arrange everything in place, and he always arrives early for any meeting.

During the second rehearsal, everyone had to wear vests, because they couldn’t speak on the microphone without wearing vests, so I once again asked my "Zhiduoxing" senior class for help and asked for YY's account and password. In the senior class at the meeting,

What I did not do well: 1. I did not understand the meeting process in advance. The senior class had already distributed the materials for coordinating the meeting, but I ignored it. I had no initiative and always wanted to help others.

2. Regarding the duties and responsibilities of the minister of communication and promotion, the requirements were not fully informed, resulting in an imperfect process.

3. If the sharing personnel are not in place, it should be regarded as a waiver and no opportunity to share will be given. The host was not notified in advance.

4. There was no reminder about the recording skills of the Minister of Recording, which caused everyone to feel a little difficult when recording and could not release it in time.

5. I didn’t think in advance about wearing vests for the ministerial sharing staff. I went to the senior class to ask for the account password at the last minute, which delayed everyone for a long time.

My insights: 1. Only by participating can you learn the real essence. Just participating is not enough. You must also take the initiative to think, find things to do by yourself, and take the initiative to learn. If you just do what others say, it will never work.
