Introduction of sparkling wine
Sparkling wine is also called sparkling wine or sparkling wine because it contains a certain amount of carbon dioxide to form bubbles. Carbon dioxide is naturally formed by wine fermentation in bottles (such as champagne method) or large wine storage tanks (such as Sharma method), or injected into wine. Sparkling wine is usually white or pink, but Italy, Australia and other countries also brew red sparkling wine with Brachetto red grape and Syrah red grape respectively. Sparkling wine can be divided into dry type and sweet type according to sugar content. Alcohol content is 9%- 14%.
