Access conditions for safety, fire protection and industrial hygiene in yellow phosphorus industry

(1) Yellow phosphorus is a dangerous chemical, and the national regulations on the safety management of dangerous chemicals should be strictly implemented.

(2) New devices must be built according to the project approval and design review opinions of the safety production supervision department and the evaluation opinions of the competent departments of fire control and industrial hygiene, and the corresponding facilities must be built according to the principle of "three simultaneities" and can be put into production only after passing the on-site acceptance. If the existing device fails to pass the inspection by the competent department of safety, fire protection or industrial hygiene, it shall be rectified according to law.

(3) The enterprise shall establish measures to prevent and control occupational diseases, conduct regular industrial hygiene inspections, and conduct regular health inspections for employees.
