What is the name of the white cake sold in Wuzhen?

Wuzhen, located in Tongxiang, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the golden triangle of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, in the hinterland of Hangjiahu Plain, 60 kilometers away from Hangzhou and Suzhou, and 0/06 kilometers away from Shanghai.
