Four major specialties in Jiaozuo, Henan Province

Four major Huai medicines, Wuzhi Camellia oleifera, Jiaozuo persimmon and Wuliyuan preserved egg.

1. The four major Huai medicines: Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Achyranthes bidentata and Chrysanthemum are all produced in wen county, Wuzhi, Mengzhou, Qinyang and other counties and cities on the north bank of the Yellow River.

2. Wuzhi Camellia oleifera: This is a traditional specialty. It is called dry seedling cream soup in Qin Dynasty and shell tea in Han Dynasty, which belongs to local food.
