If you want to draw a successful rendering, it is essential to prepare in advance. One advantage of marker pen is that it is convenient and quick, and the tool is not as complicated as watercolor gouache. It is enough to have a pen and paper. The following are the steps and basic skills of drawing with hand-drawn markers. Welcome to reading.

Drawing steps and basic skills of marker pen

1, stand by.

If you want to draw a successful rendering, it is essential to prepare in advance. One advantage of marker pen is that it is convenient and quick, and the tool is not as complicated as watercolor gouache. It is enough to have a pen and paper. There are usually two kinds of paper: one is ordinary copy paper, which is used for drawing and sketching, and the other is sulfuric acid paper (A3), which is used for modification and coloring. Sulfated paper is a very good paper type. Practice has proved that the marking effect on sulfuric acid paper is quite good. Its advantages are reasonable semi-permeability, absorption of certain colors, and multiple superposition to achieve satisfactory results. White paper such as copy paper absorbs colors too quickly, which is not conducive to the transition between colors. What you draw is often biased and not suitable for in-depth description, but only for sketching and color practice. There are also two kinds of pens, stylus and marker. It is best to use a disposable stylus, such as Red Ring or Mitsubishi, to prepare several models. With 0. 1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8, the screen will have rich linear changes. Disposable stylus has good volatility, smooth lines on sulfuric acid paper, slow drying of water-filled stylus or pen drawing, and easy to scratch. Marker is Korean "TOUCH" series, oily, 120 color, square head and round head, the price is about 10 yuan, full of water, and it is very cool to use. As a professional performance, there must be at least 60 colors, and the green series for landscape should be complete. Of course, markers also depend on personal preferences, but it is best to be oily.

2. Sketch.

The sketch stage mainly solves two problems: composition and tone. Composition is the basis of successful rendering. If you don't pay attention to composition, you will find more and more faults in the middle of painting, which will greatly affect the artistic conception of painting, and the final effect will naturally be wasted. In the composition stage, we need to pay attention to perspective, determine the subject, form the interest center, the proportional relationship between objects, the proportion of scenery and subject, etc. Some complex spaces even need CAD to pull out perspective and try to be as accurate as possible.

Tone exercise is quite necessary for beginners, which can exercise color sense and improve the overall concept. Copy a few samples of sketches (A5 is enough) and finish coloring quickly. Each picture takes about 20 minutes. Each picture should be distinguished between cold, warm, bright or gray, and the most infectious picture should be selected for reference in the manuscript. After these two steps are completed, you will have a good grasp of the final effect.

3. Manuscripts.

At this stage, there are not many skills, which is the embodiment of basic skills. How to distinguish chaotic lines and form clear and interesting pen-and-ink drawings? Usually starting from the main body, use a 0.5 stylus to outline the outline, and use the pen as smoothly as possible in one go. Never draw lines repeatedly, then draw trees and people in the foreground with 0.3, and finally draw the foreground with 0. 1 Draw the front first, then the back, to avoid the cross of different object outlines. In this process, light and dark tones are drawn on the edge of the hook, gradually forming a whole, with strong contrast in the foreground, strong contrast in the middle scene and weak contrast in the background. Prospect. The portrayal of characters should be accurate, vivid and dynamic, and the background characters can be basically replaced by dots and faces. In the above picture, the tensioned membrane is the main body, and the two trees on the right are the supplement of the main body, which plays a role in balancing the picture. Coupled with several groups of characters and a wide water surface, a quiet and meticulous residential landscape is formed. If you are not sure about the light and shade, you can only draw a small amount of the main part, and the rest will be done by the marker, which is expressive enough to dominate the picture.

4. color.

Coloring is the most critical step, and most of the colors should be painted on the back of sulfuric acid paper. This can reduce the chromaticity of the mark. Too bright colors may make the picture too "fire", and a large area of gray can make the rendered picture last. In addition, coloring the back will not open the ink line of the manuscript, resulting in a messy picture. See "Essentials of Hand-painted Coloring" for detailed cases.

5. adjust.

This stage is mainly to do some local decoration, unify the tone, and deeply depict the texture of the object. At this point, you need colored lead. As a supplement to markers, the modification of colored lead usually takes no more than ten minutes, because the adhesion effect between colored lead and my favorite sulfuric acid paper is not good, and it can only cover a very thin layer. Too many paintings are easy to get bored, which will affect the effect.
