Is the Masayama race a high-grade tea?

Zhengshan grows high-grade tea.

Masayama race is the earliest black tea in the world, also known as the originator of black tea. It has a history of more than 400 years. It is smoked with pine needles or pine wood firewood and has a very strong fragrance. Because of the smoke, the tea leaves are grayish black, but the tea soup is dark amber. The grade of ginseng depends on the place of origin, and only the ginseng produced in Tongmuguan has the best quality.

Brewing skills of Masayama race

Zhengshan race is brewed with 90~95℃ water. Zhengshan belongs to black tea and is a kind of fully fermented tea. Its raw materials are tender, smooth and round, and the water temperature should not be too high during brewing, which is easy to destroy the taste and aroma of tea. Generally, it is brewed at a water temperature of 90~95℃, and the boiled water is allowed to stand for about two minutes.

According to the characteristics of Zhengshan small tea, suitable water temperature is beneficial to the leaching of aroma, taste and rich contents of Zhengshan small tea. Generally, we choose boiled water that is naturally cooled to about 90℃. The reason why the water temperature is higher than that of traditional green tea is because of the special material selection and production technology of Zhengshan small black tea.
