How to make beef cheese pizza?

Step 1

1. Preparation: (1) Prepare all materials to prevent hasty operation. (2) The butter becomes soft at room temperature, and it is enough to knead it to a certain extent. (3) Mix the high-gluten flour and the low-gluten flour and sieve them for later use. (4) Heat the milk to about 40℃ in water, add sugar and yeast powder to dissolve at 35-40℃, and let it stand for about three minutes. (5) Cut the beef into small pieces, add appropriate amount of black pepper sauce and marinate for 30 minutes. (6) Cut the yellow pepper, green pepper, red pepper and onion into circles for later use (5-6 circles are enough).

Second step

2. Knead the flour (1) evenly, add a proper amount of salt to the mixed flour, slowly pour in the milk dissolved by yeast, and stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks. (2) Add softened butter and knead the dough until smooth. You don't have to knead the tendons like bread. (3) First fermentation: spread the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for cold fermentation for no more than 24 hours, the longer the better. (If you are in a hurry, you can skip refrigerated fermentation and directly ferment at room temperature, but refrigerated fermentation tastes better. (4) Secondary fermentation: put the fermented dough in the refrigerator at room temperature and ferment at room temperature for 60-80 minutes. The method of checking whether the fermentation is completed → poke the dough with your finger, and the fermentation is completed if the dough does not rebound. (5) Dough venting: Squeeze the fermented dough by hand, and use a rolling pin to roll it from the middle, up and down, left and right to vent. Then, make them round, cover them with plastic wrap and let them relax at room temperature for about 15 minutes. (6) Roll the loose dough into a round cake larger than the baking tray and put it into the pizza baking tray. (7) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese around the cake and wrap it with extra edges. Punch some holes in the bread with a fork.

Third step

3. Sprinkle the ingredients (1). Stir-fry the marinated beef in advance and stop raw. This step is mainly to stir-fry excess blood to avoid beef coming out when roasting. (2) Spread a layer of pizza sauce (ketchup is also acceptable) on the bottom of the cake with a spoon, then spread the fried beef in turn, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and if you want to enrich the taste, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese powder. Finally sprinkle with green and red pepper rings and onion rings. (3) In the middle layer of the oven, fire up and down for 2 10 degree 15 minutes.
