Oil-pressed peanuts must not have moldy peanuts. Moldy peanuts contain aflatoxin, which is a strong carcinogen. Many slightly moldy peanuts can't be distinguished by the naked eye. When we choose peanuts, we should see if they are fresh.
Third, look at the origin of peanuts.
Although peanuts are produced in most parts of China, the quality of peanuts varies greatly from place to place. At present, peanuts are concentrated in Shandong, Hebei, Liaoning, Anhui and Jiangxi. Peanuts in the north are big, but peanuts in Anhui and Jiangxi are more fragrant.
Fourth, look at peanut varieties.
There are many kinds of peanuts, which can be divided into ordinary peanuts, pearl peanuts, multi-grain peanuts and Longsheng peanuts. The most suitable peanut for oil extraction is common peanut, with an oil content of 52-54%, commonly known as Anhui local peanut.
