Do you agree that most of China's excellent traditional culture is in the countryside?

China has many excellent traditional cultures, which I agree with. This 5,000-year history has given us great cultural heritage, but I don't quite agree with the view that most of China's excellent traditional culture is in rural areas. Although we have been farmers for generations, many traditional cultures adhered to in rural areas are contrary to the direction advocated by the society now.

In fact, when answering this question, I have read this question many times and carefully considered it many times. I saw this problem at first. I think that many excellent traditional folk cultures in China are in the countryside, and I think there is no doubt about it. However, I think it is problematic to say that most of China's excellent traditional culture is in rural areas. Our times have been absorbing the essence of culture and discarding its dross. China has a profound and excellent traditional culture.

For example, respecting the old and caring for the young, respecting teachers and attaching importance to education, the national spirit of patriotism and so on. These excellent traditional cultures have been passed down. But I really go to many rural areas to see the traditional culture they are still following, such as the patriarchal culture, raising children to prevent old age and so on. Are these traditional cultures excellent? Actually, it's not. So I think if you ask me this question, I don't agree that most of China's excellent traditional culture is in the countryside.

However, if you ask me, there are many excellent traditional cultures in rural areas of China, and I think I agree with them, or I am just a little ignorant and can't express them in particularly accurate language. But I just think this question makes me feel too absolute. I think the excellent cultural traditions in rural areas are much less than those that are not suitable for modern society now.
