Regulations on Urban Heat Supply in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate the management of urban heat supply and use, conserve energy, protect the environment, safeguard and protect the lawful rights and interests of heat supply units and heat users, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the State and in the light of the actual situation of the Autonomous Prefecture. Article V state housing and urban and rural construction departments are responsible for heat supply management and supervision in the state area, Tacheng, Altay area housing and urban and rural construction departments are responsible for heat supply management and supervision in the administrative area.

The administrative department of heat supply in the people's government of the county (city) is responsible for the management of heat supply in the administrative area, and accepts the guidance and supervision of the state and local housing and urban-rural construction departments.
