What are the traditional sports in China?
Pulling the ground bow is a common activity of Manchu people when agricultural production is intermittent. Its concrete form is that both sides sit on the floor, with their feet offset, holding wooden poles or hoes in both hands and pulling in their own direction to win the other side.
There is no limit to the number of participants in the ground bow competition. Usually, there are two people in a group, and the venue is decided by lottery and the poles are held inside and outside. The game is best of three games, and the second game is to exchange venues and hold bars inside and outside. Each team wins one game, and the venue and grip of the third game are decided by lot.
During the competition, the opposing players sit on the floor, their feet are offset, their knees are not allowed to bend, and their hands hold the sticks together. The referee will give the order to start the game when the two people exert their strength evenly and the barbell is in the middle. After that, the two men pulled the barbell to their side. If one hip leaves the ground first or the barbell is released, it is a failure.
In the competition, it is illegal to cheat on one's legs and feet on purpose, and those who violate the rules for three times will lose one game. When the game stops, neither side should suddenly let go, causing the other side to suddenly fall down, so as not to cause danger, and should end the game politely.

The "hunting" competition was held in a square field with a side length of 15 meters. There are two teams in the competition, each with three people. Players of the two teams are carrying baskets and standing on both sides of the center line of the field respectively. After the start of the game, the players of each team put their sandbags into the opponent's basket by passing the ball and other actions.
The chased target can run to avoid or block the sandbag with his hand, but he can't hold the opponent's sandbag in his hand or throw it out. The winner can score points. For each point, both sides should return to their own fields and start over. If there is a foul in the game, you will be fined, and the winner will be the one who scores more points in the end.
"Hunting game in two innings, online games for 20 minutes. You can change venues or change people between games. The basket used by the players is made of plastic, with a height of 20 cm and a half-moon mouth. Small plastic baskets can also be used instead. The sandbag is sewn with canvas and weighs about 20 grams. The two sides are distinguished by different colors.
