Thor and Goddess: Iroquois Myth and History: Exploring Indigenous Tradition

Every year, western scholars are surprised to see the ancient myths, relics and history of Egypt, Greece and the Near East.

Due to the efforts of professional researchers and amateur researchers, books, articles, documentaries and other media about the famous luxury culture in the old world are constantly flowing.

Although American archaeologists and national historians have long realized that there are equally rich and active cultural expressions among the indigenous peoples in North America, these traditions are even less known to the public, only little known.

This paper discusses the fascinating contributions made by an indigenous group, collectively known as Iroquois, seneca Chief Ki-On-Twog-Ky or corn plants, to world mythology and history when they were in contact with America in Europe.

Seneca is one of the five tribes in Iroquois.

In 16 and 17 centuries, Iroquois in the north lived in new york, Pennsylvania, northern Maryland, southern Ontario and southern Quebec.

The southern Iroquois live in parts of Virginia and North Carolina.

It is believed that as many as 60,000 Iroquois live in southern Ontario and the St. Lawrence River valley, of which about 65,438+000,000 live in southern Ontario, Quebec, new york and most parts of Pennsylvania.

In south-central and southwest Ontario, Iroquois know more prehistoric villages than Neolithic settlements in Britain.

The Iroquois include Mohawk, Oneida, Onandaga, Kayuga, seneca, Wenluo, Yili, Hanok, Huron and Peyton in Szaszko.

Algonquin people call Iroquois "Hirokoa" or "killer".

According to this term, the French call these people Iroquois, and this trend has been spreading and continues to this day, about 1535, the territory occupied by Iroquois in St. Lawrence/Haudenosani.

He put his wife in a hole under a tree, gave her a beam of light and guided her to another world under the sky.
