Brief introduction of kindergarten open class activities
In order to create a teaching platform for teachers to communicate, cooperate and explore with each other and improve teachers' teaching level, our park held a one-week public class from April 25 to 29. The whole activity is divided into two parts, the first part is the public class presentation, and the second part is the after-class comment. Let teachers learn from each other, explore actively, reflect boldly and sum up seriously.
During the activity, the teachers carefully prepared and used the actual natural environment around them to assist teaching through scenes, games and performances, which truly reflected the advanced teaching concept of gamification and dynamic and static combination. Children also benefited a lot from the whole process, such as the art class "Making Beautiful Slippers" organized by Yu Yang. The children used their imagination to design their own slippers, and they were very interested. The music activity "Dancing with Dolls and Bears" organized by teacher Huang Chunhong enables children to learn to listen to the rhythm of music and perform freely. Teacher Huang Qiuzhen organized the "Golden Rooster" language activity to cultivate children's language development ability in the stories they experienced.
After the exhibition of the open class, every teacher actively carried out self-evaluation activities, listened to others' opinions with an open mind, and learned from each other's strengths.
Through this activity, kindergarten teachers further strengthened the good teaching and research atmosphere, effectively improved the level of education and teaching, and also improved their professional quality.

In order to improve the professional ability of new teachers' teaching practice, find the gap, adjust their thinking and improve their professional level, the kindergarten held an open class with Orff music, Montessori mathematics and Montessori reading as the main line on September 20xx (24-30).
The content of this open class is self-determined. Teachers boldly innovate teaching methods, fully tap kindergarten resources and show them in the best classroom. In class, teachers use friendly teaching mode and concise and enlightening language to guide children to participate in activities. Pay attention to a variety of ways and teaching methods to expand children's learning experience, let children actively participate in activities, fully reflect children's feelings, openness, inquiry and cooperative learning process, so as to achieve better activity results.
