How to wrap jiaozi with square dumpling skin?
1. First, take out a square dumpling wrapper and check whether it is damaged before use. Broken dumpling wrappers will be scattered all over the floor when put into the pot, as shown below.
2. Next, put the dumpling stuffing prepared before in the middle of the dumpling wrapper. You can't have too much stuffing, too much can't be wrapped, as shown below.
