The authentic method of boiling squid?
Materials:
500g fresh squid.
Ginger 1
2 onions
Garlic 3 cloves
Proper amount of salt
Proper amount of soy sauce
Sesame oil right amount
Proper amount of vinegar
Steps:
1. Blanch the fresh squid in boiling water, cook until the squid changes color, take it out and drain;
2. Slice the body of the squid, cut the head and neck of the squid into a disc shape and put it on a plate;
3. Chop ginger, onion and garlic, put them in a bowl, and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar to make a sauce;
4. Pour the sauce on the squid and marinate for 10- 15 minutes;
5. Put the pickled squid in a steamer and steam for 5-8 minutes until the squid is cooked;
6. Take out the squid and pour a layer of hot oil. Serve.
Tips:
1. Add vegetable leaves or ginger slices when boiling water to remove the fishy smell of squid;
