Pickling method of sweet and sour garlic

The method of pickling sugar garlic is as follows:

Raw materials: fresh garlic 1.5 kg.

Accessories: 250g of soy sauce, 0/25g of vinegar/kloc-,250g of water, 20g of sugar, 2 pieces of pepper and star anise.

Steps:

1, after buying new garlic, tear off the outer membrane and cut off the long stems on it.

2. It's all taken care of.

3. Pour the filtered water into the garlic bowl, add some salt and stir well. After 24 hours, pour out the water and pour in new water. Repeat this for three days.

On the fourth day, take the garlic out, turn it upside down, let the water drop out of the garlic, and let it stand overnight until the water is dry.

5. Put all the materials into the milk pot and heat it.

6. Turn off the fire until it boils and let it cool.

7. Pour the cooked sauce into a clean glass bottle, keep it sealed for more than 15 days, and remove the spicy taste of garlic before eating.
