How to make Chinese medicine pills?

Processing water pills is difficult to do at home. The operation process is as follows: firstly, the medicinal materials are ground into powder, then screened by reed sieve, and a certain proportion of starch is added. After mixing evenly, be mother and son first. Mother and son are very particular about processing and should do it evenly. Otherwise, pills come in different sizes, and now pharmaceutical factories are all processed by machines. The general steps of manual production are: mixing the prepared powder with appropriate amount of water to make tiny particles (called mother and child), and then air-drying. Then put the dried mother and son in a container. At the same time, use a sprinkler to spray water (preferably mist). While spreading powder, you should shake the container, just like shaking Yuanxiao. Shake it to the size you want, and finally air-dry it to make water pills. If you need honey pills, it will be even more troublesome. Now pharmaceutical companies use sugar-coated pans (like water chestnuts). Put the mother and son in the sugar-coated pan. Will automatically rotate. It is much easier to sprinkle powder and spray water at the same time. It's easier said than done. You can try it if you are interested. If you eat it yourself, the size doesn't matter.

The first layer is about the manufacturing process and flow of pharmaceutical factory. In the 1960s, every hospital in China had an "indigenous pharmaceutical factory" (as it was called during the Cultural Revolution), and every doctor and nurse had to work in the pharmaceutical factory in turn. At that time, the local pharmaceutical factory processed water pills, which was introduced by me.

For reference only, I hope it will help you.
