How does Taiji Chuan use his thoughts?

Tai Ji Chuan belongs to the traditional martial artist's boxing method, and Tai Ji Chuan's cultivation doesn't need kung fu, so what are there? The following is what I arranged for you: Welcome to read!

Tai Ji Chuan advocated using ideas to drive the limbs of the body, practicing Tai Ji Chuan to exercise the flexibility of brain thinking, and practicing Tai Ji Chuan to guide the limbs with ideas.

In Inner alchemy, "idea" is called "Huang Po", but this idea is by no means a lost thought, but is characterized as "true meaning", which is equivalent to the eschatological knowledge in epistemology. The application of thought in Wushu is similar to Qigong, which pursues physiological effects such as heat, bloating and numbness. The practice of Neijia Boxing is naturally inseparable from this imagination, but it is easy to get sick over time.

A Tai Chi teacher gave me a boxing ring. Because she strongly demands Italian boxing, she walks slowly and her qi stagnation becomes a disadvantage. She is only in her fifties, suffering from trigeminal neuritis, varicose veins, hypertension and other diseases. Her health is not as good as ordinary people and her life expectancy is not high.

Beginners in Tai Ji Chuan should learn to relax their bodies now, so as to stimulate their ideas and make their bodies move harmoniously under the action of ideas.

First, meaning is both "media"

A reader wrote to me and asked me a question, should it be six fists of the mind? Or Liuhe Mind Boxing? I think both make sense. Ji Zu, a master of liuhe gun, joined Shaolin to learn the mind method and combined the two kinds of kungfu. If it is called Liuhe Mind, it is based on Liuhe Theory. If it is called mind method and six fists, it will be dominated by the idealism theory of the Buddhist classic "all giving up".

The spectrum of psychological boxing emphasizes the need to work hard on one's own mind. The training methods such as stretching, turning abdomen and shaking one branch at a time are actually derived from the Yijin Sutra and the pulp washing Sutra. In the past hundred years, dozens of people have annotated the two classics, I Ching and Xi Mu, but most of them were written in the original intention, especially Mr. Zhou Qianchuan.

Ideas are an invisible force. In the 1980s, when Qigong was very popular, some researchers found through repeated experiments that with special training, people could control their body temperature and heart rate with their minds. Modern quantum mechanics also proves that people's thoughts have an influence on the most basic structure of matter, which is called "Heidelberg uncertainty principle".

Tai Ji Chuan attaches great importance to mental activities and concentrates on practicing Tai Ji Chuan, which can make the central nervous system of the brain get a full rest, relieve brain fatigue and repair lesions.

Tai Ji Chuan and Yang Chengfu, the first person with the strongest appeal of Neijia Boxing, listed "heart without exertion" as the sixth of "Tai Ji Chuan's Ten Essentials": "Practice Tai Ji Chuan, relax all over, don't exert any strength" and "all with heart without exertion". This idea acts on the smallest basic structures, such as meridians, blood and muscles, and can successfully generate bioelectric current for a long time. Therefore, the famous musicians in modern Tai Ji Chuan put forward the theory of "electrifying people" by using Tai Ji Chuan's kung fu.

The idea itself is invisible, but it can really act on the tangible body and stimulate human potential. Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan advocated observing acupoints along meridians, which really improved the quality of health preservation. Yang-style Tai Chi old frame advocates that when walking, imagine a small balloon in the palm of your hand, which can improve the sensitivity of pushing hands.

The transformation of psychological boxing requires the whole body to practice spiritual strength! My own cultivation experience is that if you want to cultivate spiritual strength, you can't use your mind, you must rely on intuition and inspiration, that is, the subconscious.

Second, true meaning and subconscious mind.

The original intention is not to use force, but just the introductory kung fu of internal boxing. If you want to practice all-round and explosive kungfu, you must cultivate the spiritual root and establish the subconscious nervous system, which is the true meaning of traditional Dan Dao. Only by shouting the true meaning to lead the way can we practice excellent kung fu.

The so-called "true meaning" is probably equivalent to the subconscious mind in modern psychology. The subconscious mind can get rid of people's fixed thinking patterns and procedures, form intuition, and show extraordinary resilience in actual combat. Two things I personally experienced can be well explained: the importance of intuition to martial arts practitioners.

More than ten years ago, I was obsessed with the equipment training of Neijia Boxing. I danced knives and guns in the campus of Louhou Primary School after work every day. The old city head, who is more valuable in the school, likes to watch me practice thirteen hands of the two-headed snake. But he warned me many times when I was sweating, but there is a bat nest in this yard. That thing smells of sweat, bites people and is poisonous! How can I look down on that little flying bug? On a bright midsummer night, the old town head and several people were sitting in the yard drinking tea and enjoying the cool.

After practicing whip, I was sweating all over, so I stopped to catch my breath. Suddenly, there was a cool breeze in the back of my head, and a sharp thing jumped on my back neck. I instinctively shook my whole body, bowed my head and turned around, and the whip in my hand came out behind me! With a cry, a bat really fell to the ground. Someone shouted: Good Kung Fu! The head of the old city said, how mysterious!

Even if a person practices kung fu to the extreme, if he has not been trained in actual combat, he will probably be at a loss once he fights with others. The contest between experts depends on the natural reaction of the subconscious mind in the ever-changing process. This kind of subconscious mind is cultivated by using various parts of the body to attack and defend, dodge and exert strength in the process of moving in various environments and conditions.

A martial arts master who has not been trained in actual combat may not have a chance of winning even if he hangs out with a street fighter who has fought many battles. Actual combat training is the process of transforming all kinds of offensive and defensive consciousness into subconscious, thus generating conditioned reflex in the battle and triggering it at any time. Wang Xiangzhai's creative boxing is to learn the idea of "hating heaven without handle and hating earth without ring" and Tai Ji Chuan's original intention.

Third, the thought of undressing is full of Yuan God.

Shen Yuan is the unconscious of human beings. When you practice kung fu to a certain extent, you will have an extremely sober mental state and no thinking consciousness. The subconscious mind is a deep pool of thinking, which is equivalent to what the boatman and monk said: "Hanging thousands of feet means a deep pool." Throw a stone and the water in the pool will make waves. Yuan Shen is immobile, and its existence cannot be judged by "being" or "not being". It is the "seed" of Araya's knowledge in epistemology, and it is the "light" at the beginning of the primitive universe. "I'm not cute inside, but I can't get in outside. I'm independent and I'm called Yuanshen."

Eighteen years ago, when I was boxing with Mr. Shan and Mr. Tie, Mr. Jiang often said that I was boxing with him, but it was all wet! Shen Yuan is the body, which is not available. Some people say that Shen Yuan is the only one, which is also wrong! There is no "one", "one" is your idea, not a pseudonym. The so-called "all laws have no self", and it is wrong to define "Yuan God" with the ideology of "I"! Since "Shen Yuan" is so unpredictable and useless, why study it?

From the perspective of Buddhism, what we call "seeing nature" means realizing the Yuan God, which is the so-called "enlightenment". When the Dandao Sect embraces the Yuan God and the innate qi, it can cultivate into a Yang God. Only by using Yang Shen and practicing further can we get the antimatter in human cells-"Jade God". Jade deity condenses renewable new life, people can be rejuvenated, and there will be "three changes" until "gathering becomes success, and dispersing becomes qi" Who can say that Yuan Shen is useless? Useless gods are of great use.

Tai Ji Chuan's walk has entered a trance state, that is, the concept of "drunken Tai Chi" put forward by Mr. Weng Xincheng, which should be said to be the advanced realm of martial arts. However, if you rise from martial arts to the cultivation of Dan Dao, you must reach the appearance of the Yuan God, transcend the trance state, and be clear-headed, like a pool that can see the bottom spring without a trace of waves. I don't know if I can practice boxing or not! At this time, the yin rises to fire, then the two kidneys are boiled into soup, and the gods shine on the abdomen. Then big doctor and Jin Dancheng, don't turn your mind to Sunday, those are pediatrics!

So what is the secret of cultivating Yuan God? The ancestors said: "Everything comes back to life, and the Yuan God comes back to life. God enters the air bag, and Dan Dao naturally becomes. " Knowing that God is destroyed, Yuan God is born. At the beginning of cultivation, you can't leave knowing God, but you should always cultivate your own benign thoughts, not blindly distracting thoughts or even putting an end to delusions.

Thoughts on taiji biography.

First of all, let's clarify the meaning of "idea" first, so as to deeply understand its application.

What is an idea? An idea is an idea, a feeling and an understanding. Chen taijichuan pursues inspiration, agility and speed, and "needs meaning but not force"

This is because the mind is concentrated, the whole body is relaxed, the body can be coordinated, and the internal qi can be connected. Then, speed and strength can be produced. The softness of Tai Chi is not what some people think. If you don't use force, it will be loose, if you use force, it will be soft, and if you use force, it will be stiff.

Therefore, for the use of softness, we should not simply limit ourselves to literal understanding, but learn to control it with our own thoughts.

Relaxation and sinking without losing the shed force is called softness; "Strength" is a kind of flexibility through speed, and it is a kind of flexibility.

"The meaning is not hard", that is, the mind is calm, the spirit is concentrated, and the degree of quietness is achieved. In this case, boxing training is conducted.

"Don't push" means that at the beginning, beginners can easily use stiff strength, so relax and don't push.

For beginners, only by learning to relax can they learn Tai Ji Chuan's moves more effectively.

Practicing Tai Ji Chuan also requires "constant concentration", that is, when the posture is fixed, the movement stops, and the strength seems to be broken, but the mind is not broken. This is the performance of the internal qi returning to the abdomen, suggesting the beginning of the next action.

When the internal qi returns to the abdomen, the abdomen will produce a strong expansion force, and the body will contract and expand, which is extremely sensitive. On the surface, the strength is broken, but the internal qi runs through the whole body through the mind and can erupt at any time.

"Care is not in qi, and qi depression is not in it", which means that the mind is an inspiration, and the mind is always focused on this inspiration, which is very flexible. Without this kind of inspiration, there will be no sense of fullness inside, and deliberately pursuing a certain feeling will be dull and heavy.

In a word, the idea of Taiji Zhuan is abstract and difficult to grasp. In my opinion, practicing Tai Ji Chuan requires different ideas at different stages.

Learning Chen Taiji's biography can be divided into the following stages.

At the initial stage, the practitioners' thinking mainly focused on the teacher's demonstration movements, thinking, the memory of action essentials, the structure of routines and other issues.

Teachers should be good at guiding students, and should guide students from the shallow to the deep. At this time, it is difficult for students to understand and accept some ideological problems, such as "sticking to the abdomen", "constantly breaking the will", "not using force" and "acting in the spirit", which is prone to deviation.

In the second stage, after practicing boxing to the level of skilled routines and standardized movements, after a period of practice, practitioners will feel numb, hot and bloated in their hands, which is the initial manifestation of internal qi.

At this point, you can start talking about some ideas. At this time, the idea of students practicing boxing is to coordinate their movements, relax all over, keep their inner strength continuous, and the feeling on their hands runs through.

In the above two stages, the first stage is to stimulate the internal qi with shape, so that the internal qi and shape can be combined to make the internal strength continue.

The idea of the second stage is to adjust the posture, put what you feel through it, and continue to follow the action.

After a period of exercise, internal qi will be injected into the abdomen, and every time the movement is fixed, the internal qi should be deliberately put into the abdomen completely.

The feeling of internal qi returning to the abdomen is heavy and full. The fourth stage is to make the internal qi go down to the foot and Yongquan point, and feel down to earth.

When you reach this state, you will feel that your footwork is light and steady, as steady as Mount Tai. At this time, you can experience the execution of the true qi in the body.

Tai Ji Chuan's Qi-nourishing Effect

1. Shu Chi

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, hands naturally drooping, eyes naturally drooping, but not closed.

Relax your shoulders, put your elbows down, and naturally raise your hands to hold your stomach. The two fingertips are placed on the edge of the navel through clothes, and the wrist and elbow are gently attached to the vein without force.

It is intended to stick the pulse at Laogong point in the palm of your hand. At first, it seemed to be unattached. I feel that it has been pasted, so I changed it to Shaohai point where the horizontal end of the elbow is pasted on the vein. At first, I felt as if I was persisting, but when I felt persistence, I recalled that Laogong point had been pricked, and so on.

The longer you persist, the better, but be comfortable and gradually extend the time. At this time, I feel as if there is a big ball on my hand, my foot and my head. These three goals are "three occasions one". When the ball looks outstanding, you can go to the next stage.

laugh out loud

Fingertips of both hands leave the navel, and guide your hands outward and upward until your fingers are flush with your shoulders. Turn your hands down again, and use two middle fingertips to point * * * at the upper groin and above the pubic tubercle.

Then, the two middle fingers are * * * Yin Lingquan, Sanyinjiao, Hanging Bell, Yanglingquan and Huantiao points in turn. Then, hold the lower back with both hands, with the fingertips of the middle finger between the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra and the third lumbar vertebra, and the thumb downward. It is intended to form three circles centered on two palms and Mingmen, which is called "three-ring moon".

The three circles are vertical, so I want to put them horizontally. At this moment, my body leans back, like a stretching action * * * but don't use force * * *. Like a crane with open wings.

Just stick to it for a while until you feel your feet touch the ground and the Baihui point on your head touches the ground, and your waist can be straightened, like a rattan bent backwards by force, which naturally bounces back after the external force is cancelled.

At this time, Baihui draws "water" from the spring, which is called "water diversion" Then, relax your shoulders, put down your elbows, and your hands will naturally droop. After a short rest, you can move on to the third stage.
