Sedative needle

0.5 inch on the Tang Yin is 1 needle, 0.5 inch on the upper left is needle II, and 0.5 inch on the upper right is needle III.

Indications: inattention, strabismus, forehead headache, nystagmus, dizziness and decreased vision.

Acupuncture method: puncture 0.5~0.8 inch downward along the subcutaneous, and press the needle mouth with a cotton ball when taking out the needle to prevent bleeding.

Indications: optic atrophy, retinitis, macular degeneration, amblyopia and other ophthalmopathy.

Acupuncture: instruct all patients with three acupuncture eyes to close their eyes. The doctor gently fixes the eyeball with his left hand, holds the needle in his right hand and slowly twists the needle. After the needle is inserted, do not twist, lift or insert it, and gently scrape the needle handle with your thumb nail. Gently press the pinhole with a dry cotton ball for a moment to prevent bleeding.

Needle eye ⅰ gently pushes the eyeball outward and fixes it, and slowly and vertically inserts the needle1-1.2 inch. Needle eye Ⅱ gently pushes and fixes the eyeball, and slowly straightens the needle 1- 1.2 inch close to the lower edge of the orbit. The needle tip can be tilted upward. Needle eye ⅲ, gently push down the eyeball to fix it, and slowly stab 1- 1.2 inch close to the upper edge of the orbit. The needle tip can be tilted slightly upward and then backward.

Nasal three needles

Welcome incense, nasal passages (welcome incense), closing the hall or storing bamboo.

Indications: allergic rhinitis, acute rhinitis, sinusitis, nosebleed, and olfactory disorder.

Acupuncture: welcome the incense, the tip of the needle should be pungent for 5-8 points, the tip of the nose should be 5 points, and the tip of the nose should be 3-5 points.

Ear three needles

Indications: deafness and tinnitus.

Indications: ADHD, hyperactivity, epilepsy, insomnia of mentally retarded children.

Foot wisdom needle

Yongquan point is the first needle, the midpoint of the connecting line from the transverse line of toe-metatarsal joint to the rear edge of heel is the second needle (spring), and the second needle is the third needle (spring).

Indications: children with mental retardation are autistic, quiet and inactive, and mute.

Needle method: even straight needle: 0.5-0.8 inch deep.

Shoulder three needles

The acromion point is the first needle, the second needle is two inches in front of the same level, and the third needle is two inches behind the same level.

Indications: scapulohumeral periarthritis, shoulder arthritis, upper limb paralysis, and weakness in lifting shoulders.

Acupuncture method: the needle tip forms a 90-degree angle with the acupoint, and the needle tip is 0.8- 1 inch. Be careful not to go too deep, so as not to stab the chest.

Three stitches in the knee

Knee eye, Liang Qiu, blood sea.

Indications: swelling and pain or weakness of knee joint, hyperosteogeny of knee joint.

Stitch: 0.8- 1.2 inch straight. Electroacupuncture continuous wave, infrared ray and multi-cupping method can be added.

Waist three needles

Shenshu, Dachangshu and stomach.

Indications: lumbago, lumbar hyperplasia, lumbar muscle strain, sexual dysfunction, nocturnal emission, impotence and irregular menstruation.

Three needles in the neck

Tianzhu, Bailao and Daxie.

Indications: cervical spondylosis and strong neck pain.

Acupuncture method: all three points are straight and the depth is 0.8- 1 inch. Should not be too deep, so as not to hurt the internal organs. I had three stitches in the same knee.

Back three needles

Raft, Air Gate, Shu Fei.

Indications: bronchitis, asthma, backache.

Acupuncture: Obliquely prick 0.5-0.7 inches towards the spine. Don't stab deeply, in case of internal organs injury.

Three stitches in the ankle

Xiexi, Taixi, Kunlun.

Indications: swelling and pain of ankle joint, dyskinesia and heel pain.

Needle method: straight stab 0.8- 1 inch deep.

Sciatic needle

Sciatic nerve point, Weizhong, Kunlun.

The sciatic nerve points are taken in prone position, and the patient's head is covered in the gluteal groove. The 2, 3, 4 and 5 fingers are laid flat together, and the points are flat at the end of the gluteal groove beside the little finger.

Indications: sciatica.

Acupuncture method: At the ischium point, wrap the lower part of the needle body of a 3-4 inch long needle with an alcohol cotton ball to expose the tip of the needle and insert it vertically into the skin. After passing through the skin, hold the cotton ball in your left hand, hold the needle body in your left hand, and twist the needle handle with your left hand. When the paralysis reaches your toes, you can stop the needle insertion. Wei Zhonghe Kunlun 0.8- 1.2 inch straight needle. Electroacupuncture was used to connect the sciatic nerve point with the epicenter point, and the continuous wave was based on the patient's tolerance intensity. Leave the needle for 30 minutes, and increase the electroacupuncture intensity every 5~ 10 minutes, which can be adjusted for 2-3 times.

Three needles for flaccidity

Upper limb flaccidity: Quchi, Hegu and Chise.

Lower limb flaccidity: Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and Taixi.

Indications: flaccidity: (muscle weakness of limbs, weakness, dyskinesia).

Acupuncture method: each point is 0.8- 1.2 inch straight, and the tonic method is used, which is slow in and fast out, subject to the heat under the needle, holding the needle for 40 minutes each time, and the tonic method is more than 5 times. Lipid three needles

Neiguan, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.

Indications: Hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, sequelae of stroke.

Acupuncture method: the depth of Neiguan is 0.5-0.8 inch, and the point of Zusanli and Sanyinjiao is straight 1- 1.5 inch.

Three needles in the stomach

Zhongwan, Neiguan and Zusanli.

Main treatment: stroke, coma and shock.

Remove three stitches

Baihui, Shenque and Renzhong.
