Measures of Lanzhou University for the Administration of Employment System Personnel

The positions of employees are divided into two categories: A-type positions and B-type positions. Class A positions include managers and professional and technical personnel, which are set by the school according to the needs of career development and openly recruited; Class B jobs include management post assistants and professional technical post assistants, which are set by the employing unit according to the actual needs of teaching, scientific research and management services, and submitted to the school for approval, and the employing unit organizes recruitment by itself according to the school recruitment procedures. The Personnel Department is the centralized management department of the school's employment system personnel, responsible for the issuance of employment indicators, the examination and approval of employment contracts, and the examination and approval of posts and salary standards. The employing unit in the school is the specific responsible unit for hiring personnel, and is responsible for the daily management and assessment of hiring personnel. Have a full-time undergraduate degree or above and obtain a corresponding degree. The specific conditions shall be formulated by each employer according to the actual needs of the post and implemented after being reported to the school for the record. Posts with special requirements, academic qualifications and age requirements can be appropriately relaxed, but they can only be recruited after being approved by the school.

The basic conditions of employment system personnel:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. Have good conduct, professional quality and working ability required by the corresponding recruitment position;

3. Good ideological and political quality, strong ability of unity and cooperation, and good professional ethics and professionalism;

4. Not subject to party discipline, criminal or administrative sanctions; (5) physical and mental health.

Article 1 In order to deepen the reform of the personnel system, improve the personnel employment management system, standardize the personnel employment behavior, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the subjects related to the employment relationship, these Measures are formulated in accordance with various normative legal documents such as the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions, combined with the actual situation of the school.

Article 2 The employed persons mentioned in these Measures refer to the managerial personnel and professional technicians employed in the name of Lanzhou University or the school units but not included in the school establishment, excluding temporary and alternative positions such as mobile establishment personnel, scientific research assistants, financial assistants, graduate students, "three supports and one supplement" personnel, work-study programs, and non-establishment personnel managed in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Employment of Foreign Personnel in Lanzhou University.
