What are the characteristics of total quality management?

Total quality management has four main characteristics:

First of all, it is not enough to rely on inspection and statistical control methods for quality management. There are many ways to solve quality problems, and there must be a set of organizational management work;

Second, the quality function is the responsibility of all employees, and all employees of the enterprise should have quality awareness and bear quality responsibility;

Third, quality problems are not limited to the manufacturing process of products, so are solving quality problems. Quality management should run through the whole process of production, formation and realization of product quality;

Four, quality management must comprehensively consider the quality, price, delivery time and service, and not only consider the narrow sense of product quality.
