I. Existing problems

(A) systematic theoretical research is not enough. Mao Zedong Thought is the experience summary of China's revolutionary victory and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries. Deng Xiaoping's construction theory is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong Thought under the new historical conditions, and it is a contemporary Marxism with profound connotation. Grasping its scientific system and spiritual essence completely and systematically will benefit endlessly. Education needs a solid theoretical foundation. My theoretical foundation is not solid, so I need to arm myself with scientific theories. However, for many years, I have been unable to persist in theoretical study, especially when I am busy with work. Immersed in complicated affairs all day, I often treat and deal with new problems with old eyes, old methods and old experiences. I don't know enough about some forward-looking and guiding theories.

(2) Treating work is sometimes only satisfied with earnestly completing the tasks assigned by school leaders. It is often only based on the work assigned by the school, and it is not enough to open your mind step by step. Often it is to seek stability and fear chaos. Because the mind is not emancipated enough, I dare not think, try, rush or take risks, and I lack the work attitude and courage to overcome difficulties.

(3) I am usually busy trying to do my job well, paying little attention to what is happening around me, not enthusiastic enough about things that have nothing to do with me, not enthusiastic enough about the masses, not communicating enough with other teachers, and not enthusiastic enough to help comrades around me find ways to help solve practical problems.

Second, the reason analysis

There are many reasons for my problems, such as subjective factors, objective influences, internal and external factors, but the fundamental reason is subjective factors at work.

First, political study is "going through the motions", staying in the form and perfunctory. Although I often study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory at ordinary times, I don't pay much attention to them ideologically, the purpose of study is not clear enough, and I lack thinking when I study. I only understood Mao Zedong Thought literally, but I didn't realize the essence of his thought, and I didn't have the powerful theoretical weapon of Comrade Deng Xiaoping, so that my understanding of theoretical knowledge was divorced from practice, and I didn't play the guiding role of theory, just for learning. I don't have a strict study plan, and I don't have a system that restricts my study. I can only say that I have a thirst for knowledge, but I lack persistent consciousness, let alone use Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought's stand, concepts and methods to study, analyze and solve new situations. Therefore, thinking about problems, doing things and doing work are inevitably subjective, limited and one-sided. I didn't think far, I didn't stand high, and my ideological realm didn't mention a higher level.

Second, as a party member, I don't demand much of myself. I think I'm too busy at work, with too many things to do and not enough time. Just do your job wholeheartedly and don't actively and enthusiastically communicate with the masses.

Third, the pioneering spirit is not enough, neither striving for the first place nor falling behind. Just stay above the middle and be a peaceful person. "Starting from a high starting point, striding forward and striving for the advanced" has nothing to do with yourself. The spirit of striving for the first place when joining the party is not as good as before now.

Third, the rectification measures

In view of the personal problems, we should find the reasons from the depths of our thoughts, make active efforts, make rapid rectification, achieve early results, and strive to make great progress politically and ideologically and do a good job.

In accordance with the unified deployment of the office of the year of cadres' work style construction in the county, our bureau conducted a serious self-examination on the development of the year of cadres' work style construction, and now the self-examination is notified as follows:

I. Main work since the launch of the activity

First, strengthen leadership and make careful arrangements. Since the launch of the activity, the leaders of our bureau have attached great importance to it and set up an activity leading group headed by Comrade Zhang Jingyu, the director of the bureau, to be fully responsible for the activities. On this basis, combined with the actual situation, our bureau has formulated a specific implementation plan. The plan has carefully arranged the guiding ideology, organization and leadership, stage steps and related requirements of the activities, making the tasks clear, the responsibilities in place and the requirements specific, thus providing a guarantee for carrying out the annual cadre style construction activities.

The second is to study hard and raise awareness. Our bureau has carefully formulated a study plan, adopted the form of concentrated study, and studied and discussed the six provisions within five working days. Adhere to the "five haves" in learning: planning, content, notes, learning and effectiveness, standardize the activity procedures, and further improve everyone's ideological understanding.

Third, casing research and service development. During the activity, each of the leading cadres at or above the deputy department level of our bureau contacted an enterprise and stayed in the enterprise for a week for investigation. The fourth is to solicit opinions extensively. Beginning in April, at the beginning of each month, our bureau invited NPC deputies, CPPCC members and clients to discuss how to use Scientific Outlook on Development to guide the price work and the contents of "Ten Prohibitions" and "Five Prohibitions" to solicit opinions and suggestions from all walks of life. 1, learning is not active enough. Sometimes I'm just busy with some specific work and don't take the initiative to squeeze time to study. 2. The concept of purpose has been diluted. 4. The democratic style needs to be strengthened. In our work, it is not enough to listen to other people's opinions. Sometimes we attach importance to our own opinions, don't brainstorm, and sometimes we fail to accept the criticisms and suggestions of the masses with an open mind.

5. Work discipline needs to be strengthened. Sometimes the enforcement system is not strict enough. Because we are willing to be peacemakers, sometimes we don't boldly criticize the problems among colleagues in our department and don't effectively punish all kinds of violations. We don't have a strong sense of preventing micro-duration, and we don't have high self-requirements, so we relax on some small issues.

Secondly, analyze the causes of the problems.

Although there are some objective reasons for the above problems, they are mainly caused by subjective reasons. The problem is superficial and rooted in thought. From a deep analysis, there are mainly the following points:

1, political theory learning is not systematic. The ideological understanding of the importance of theory has not risen to its due height, staying in form, and the concept of time is not strong, and the dribs and drabs of time are useless. The lack of systematicness in theoretical study, whether for the need of theoretical research in a certain field or to meet the needs of work, has affected the improvement of theoretical level.

2. The concept of serving the masses is weak. 3. The working method is simple. I didn't notice that the perfection of working methods would bring motivation to my work.

4. Weak democratic consciousness. I have always thought that I have rich work experience, have been exposed to many things, and have not listened carefully to some opinions and suggestions. Usually, due to busy work, I didn't take the time to go to the grassroots, and I didn't go deep into the fields to experience and inspect the situation of farmers.

5. The sense of discipline is not high enough. I don't know enough about the rules and regulations on discipline, and I have formulated many disciplines and systems, but I haven't checked them carefully, and I haven't criticized the phenomenon that individual comrades don't abide by discipline in time, and sometimes I don't have high self-requirements.

Due to the existence of the above problems, some work is passive, which increases the difficulty of personal work and sometimes leads to unsatisfactory work results.

Third, the direction of future efforts

With the deepening of the "Work Style Construction Year" activities, through self-examination activities, I have become more aware of my existing problems and strengthened my confidence and determination to correct my mistakes and improve my ideological quality.
