It is to promote the benign development of taxis.

According to Article 5 of the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Taxi Industry, the business environment will be further improved.

(a) the city people's government should continue to organize construction, transportation, public security and other relevant departments to crack down on all kinds of illegal business activities, and make unremitting efforts to prevent the rebound of illegal business activities, maintain market order and protect the rights and interests of legitimate operators.

Except for taxis operating in different places, any management department shall not arbitrarily fine or detain taxis that are legally operated with valid certificates of the construction or transportation departments. ?

(two) the public security traffic management department shall, according to the operating characteristics of taxi beckoning and door-to-door service, rationally plan and scientifically set up taxi stops to provide "on-site" convenience for taxi parking. ?

(three) any unit or individual has the right to report and complain to the local authorities about all kinds of illegal operations, arbitrary charges, arbitrary fines, arbitrary seizure of cars and other phenomena. The relevant departments shall announce the ways of reporting and complaining to the public, complete the investigation and handling within the specified time, and expose the illegal phenomena and relevant responsible persons through the media.

Article 4? Strictly regulate the paid transfer and transfer of management rights.

In violation of the provisions of the conditions and approval procedures for unauthorized transfer of the right to operate the city, the provincial people's government should be held responsible for the main person in charge, the person directly responsible.

Units and individuals who transfer or resell the right to operate privately shall be severely punished by the Municipal People's Government according to law until their business qualifications are cancelled. The department that accepts the report shall keep the informer confidential and reward the informer who reports the truth.
