How to add butter to cake

When making cakes, melt the butter in a microwave and add it to the egg yolks.

Butter (Butter) is processed from milk. It is a product after stirring fresh milk and filtering out part of the water from the upper layer of thick material. Mainly used as a condiment, it is rich in nutrients but high in fat, so do not overeat.

In the 5th century BC, the Mongols in China were already mainly engaged in animal husbandry, and various dairy product production techniques were mature and spread at home and abroad. What foreigners call butter is the edible oil refined from milk that the Chinese call butter. The Mongols were the first people in the world to process edible butter. :

How to make cake:

1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk first. ?

2. Beat egg yolks + sugar evenly.

3. Beat egg whites + sugar for a while until evenly.

4. Add some hot water to the butter and melt it in the microwave for ten seconds. ?

5. Add butter to egg yolks and mix well. ?

6. Slowly add the prepared egg yolks to the beaten egg whites and mix well. ?

7. Slowly sift about half (about 200g) of the self-raising flour into the egg liquid through a sieve, and stir evenly to form a batter. If you don't have a sieve, just like me, add the self-raising flour directly, but stir constantly to prevent small dough clumps from forming.

8. Add 70 ml of milk to the egg liquid, then put these things in the microwave and cook on high heat for 1 minute, if not, cook for another minute until soft.
