Enshi Yulu Machine Manufacturing Technology

Enshi Yulu is one of the traditional famous teas in China, and its production technology is as follows:

1. Picking raw materials: Pick young leaves of tea trees, and be careful not to pick old leaves, yellow leaves and other substandard leaves into the house.

2. Withering: After selecting young leaves, spread them in bamboo baskets and let them wither under natural conditions. In the process of withering, it can be stirred and turned for many times to promote the uniform withering of tea.

3. Deactivation: After withering, put the tea into a high-temperature pot to inactivate the enzymes in the tea and inhibit microorganisms.

4. Kneading: The immobilized tea leaves will enter the kneading stage. The function of rolling is to make tea leaves form black and green strips, and at the same time release the aromatic smell in tea leaves.

5. Fermentation: After kneading, put the tea into the fermentation chamber for fermentation. In the process of fermentation, the enzyme action in tea will produce a series of reactions, thus changing the color, taste and fragrance of tea.

6. Baking: After fermentation, put the tea leaves into a baking machine to dry. The function of baking is to remove water from tea, make tea dry and stable, and improve the aroma of tea.

7. Classified packaging: the roasted tea leaves are screened, classified and packaged, and finally Enshi Yulu is made.
