What is hard qigong?
The entry method of hard qigong is to practice resistance first, that is, to practice fighting ability, because as the saying goes, "If you want to hit people, you must first learn to be beaten." According to the requirements in the book, Ren Jie and others exercise first, then walk with steady steps, straighten their hands forward, and then think about transporting all the qi in the body to the back, so that other friends can kick it to the back one by one.
Moreover, after being kicked, you can't rebound the impact force, you should slowly digest and absorb it, so that you can gradually reach it and withstand the blow of fierce power. This action not only requires people who practice fighting to pay attention to luck and strength, but also requires people who come up to kick people to pay attention not only to deliver gas to the kicking legs in advance, but also to the parts they use.
What is required in the book is that the kick must be kicked from the front of the calf to the foot surface, so that the contact area should be large and the strength should be uniform. When closing the leg, pay attention to the force and air collection, so that neither side will be injured.
Good hard qigong is fast and doesn't hurt you. I will elaborate on the specific practice methods in the later chapters. The hardness of all parts of the human body who practice hard qigong is better. Although it is only a partial death effort, it is definitely not possible in actual combat without hardness. There is a saying that striking while the iron is hot must be hard, which is the same as hitting people. Hardness is definitely important, but we don't have to practice iron palm and five poison palm!
Learning is not recommended, it hurts! If you don't do it, people will die!
