How to put the float on the fishing line?

The float can be attached to the fishing line through the following six steps:

Take the cheapest common fish float as an example.

Tools needed: a fishing line, a float and a hook.

1. First, pick up the float and aim the fishing line at the perforation of the float. As shown in the picture, the red circle is the perforation.

2. Thread the fishing line through the eyelet. The purpose of this step is to tie the float first and then the hook.

3. Tie a knot on the fishing line.

The purpose of knotting is to block the float and keep the distance between the float and the hook. As the picture shows, the red circle is where the knot is tied.

5. Tie the hook to the end of the fishing line.

6. In this way, the float is tied to the fishing line, and the front of the fishing rod is completed.

Note: the knot can be made bigger to prevent the float from slipping because of looseness.
