What should I do if I feel anxious often?

Why are people anxious? I have been anxious on occasion, and on reflection I have come to this conclusion: because I am so attached to myself that I don't see anything else in my eyes, and that is why I am anxious. If one can let go of one's attachment to oneself and lift up one's eyes to see other people and other things, or if one can do something to contribute to other people and other things, the anxiety will naturally disappear. Anxious people may want to try doing only good deeds, serving only others, and letting go of their own interests, which may be a quick cure.

Anxiety is becoming more and more common, and its main clinical manifestations are: excessive worry, nervousness, fear, accompanied by symptoms of autonomic dysfunction, such as dry mouth, sweating, palpitations, shortness of breath, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, etc., as well as motor restlessness, such as slight tremor, restlessness and so on. Simply put, the manifestation of anxiety is mainly in two major aspects, on the one hand, mental anxiety, on the one hand, somatic anxiety.?

Clinically, I have observed that many anxious patients do not know themselves, but instead come to the clinic with symptoms such as sleep disorders, dizziness, and palpitations. Careful questioning can be found, these anxious patients often frequent or persistent without a clear object or fixed content of tension, restlessness, agitation, at the same time there are some things show excessive worry and anxiety, and often accompanied by depression, mental exhaustion and other symptoms. ?

(a) Anxiety belongs to what disease of Chinese medicine?

Based on the changes in the mental and spiritual aspects of anxiety, can be attributed to the Chinese medicine? Palpitations?

Based on the various accompanying physical symptoms manifested by anxiety, which can be seen in Chinese medicine? Palpitations?

Thus said, although Chinese medicine does not have a clear ? anxiety?

While there is no clear definition of the word "anxiety" in Chinese medicine, there is in fact a long discussion of the symptoms and psycho-spiritual changes manifested by anxiety.

(2) Anxiety stems from the fact that the heart is not in charge of the divine?

Why anxiety? From the Chinese medicine to analyze, with the pace of life faster, work pressure increases, interpersonal relationships tend to be complex, everyone's mental stress is generally too much, and moreover overthinking, it is easy to lead to anxiety.

The Chinese medicine said:? The first thing you need to do is to get your hands on a new one, and you'll be able to do that. The "Nei Jing" explicitly states: "The heart is the main source of the heart, the heart is the main source of the heart. The main bright is the next peace? The main unknown is the twelve official danger. The heart of the heart is emphasized as the master of the five organs, and the president governs and regulates the functions of the five organs.

One of the reasons for this is the depletion of the heart and blood.

These adverse stimuli first act on the heart, damage to the heart, dark depletion of yin blood yin essence, so that the heart is not nourished and cause a series of symptoms. As the "Shou Shi Baoyuan" said: ? The first thing you need to do is to think about what you're doing, and you'll be able to see what you're doing.

The depletion of the heart and blood leads to a disorder of the heart and mind, resulting in symptoms such as anxiety and nervousness, emotional restlessness, palpitations, insomnia, and forgetfulness.

The second, insufficiency of heart yin?

Insufficiency of heart yin, the heart fire is over-excessive, yin deficiency fire, and symptoms such as irritability, hot flashes and night sweats, five heart heat, dizziness, tinnitus, etc.?

It can be said that the depletion of heart blood and deficiency of heart yin are the two core pathologies that produce anxiety.?

(3) Treating anxiety from the heart?

When I clinically treat anxiety from the heart, I rely on the following theoretical foundations:?

First, the king's fire to brighten?

The heart contains the fire of the king, the king's fire is bright, then the spirit is normal; the king's fire is dark, then the spirit is abnormal. Anxiety is a mental disorder that stems from the darkness and uncertainty of the Jun-Fire.?

When the heart and mind can be correct, the fire is bright; when the heart and mind are not correct, the fire is obscure. What is meant by ? correct? First, it is impartial; second, it is in accordance with the Way; third, it is pure and unmixed. The Neijing says? The heart is the master of God's clarity.

Secondly, the heart and the spirit are in charge of the spirit?

The Ming Dynasty doctor Zhang Jingyue pointed out in the Class Classic: ? Heart for the five viscera and six bowels of the Lord, and the President of the soul, and the will, so worry about moving in the heart of the lungs should be, thinking about moving in the heart of the spleen should be, anger in the heart of the liver should be, fear of moving in the heart of the kidneys should be, so the five will only be the heart of the make, and also said:? The five wills are only made by the heart," he said. The injury of emotions, although the five organs have their own belonging, but seek its reason, it is not from the heart and hair?

The five organs are headed by the heart, the heart can lead the five organs, the heart is the main god, the heart can lead the five organs of the will, including the heart of the god, the lungs of the spirit, the soul of the liver, the spleen, the will of the kidney.

Thirdly, the blood of the heart is? the heart's mastery of the divine? s material basis.

The Nei Jing says: ? All blood belongs to the heart? The blood of the heart belongs to the heart, and the blood of the heart belongs to the spirit of the spirit. It points out that the material basis of the heart is the blood of the heart.

To nourish the spirit, we must first nourish the blood. The Neijing explicitly states: ? Blood and qi is the God of man, and must not be neglected.? If the blood of the heart is insufficient, it will easily lead to the loss of the heart and spirit? This is the key theory behind the clinical treatment of anxiety with the idea of nourishing heart blood and heart yin.

(4) Treating anxiety from the liver theory?

Anxiety is also related to the liver. The key to the treatment of anxiety from the liver theory is to use the liver to treat the anxiety, which is also related to the liver.

The liver belongs to wood, the heart belongs to fire, wood gives birth to fire, so the liver is the mother organ, the heart is the child organ. On the one hand, when the blood of the heart is insufficient, the child is sick and the mother; on the other hand, when the liver is depressed and the qi is stagnant, the mother is sick and the child. Because the liver is the mother of the heart, it is also effective in harmonizing the heart's qi by clearing the liver qi.

I analyze the relationship between anxiety and the heart and liver organs: liver depression and stagnation of qi is the symptom of anxiety, while deficiency of heart and blood is the main symptom of anxiety. In other words, the anxiety is in the heart blood deficiency, clinical treatment of anxiety should be to nourish the heart blood to start, supplemented by the appropriate liver to resolve depression, the efficacy of the treatment is higher.

(E) The idea of using the formula?

The treatment of anxiety needs to be centered around the deficiency of heart and blood and the loss of the heart to make the formula. The first is to nourish the blood of the heart, nourish the heart and tranquilize the mind, which is the core of the formula; the second is to nourish the blood of the liver, nourish the liver yin, soothe the liver qi, which is the auxiliary role; the third is to use the medicine should not be too pungent and warm, so as to avoid disturbing the fire qi, the internal depletion of the heart and blood; the fourth is to cooperate with the clearing of the heat to get rid of the annoyance, the heart of the tranquilize the mind of the products.

Nourishing the heart blood, I often use the Heavenly King to tonify the heart Dan, this formula is heavy use of raw land, is the main drug to nourish the heart blood; nourish the liver yin, I like to use sour jujube kernel soup, or use sour jujube kernel alone; dredge up the liver qi, use the Four Reversible San, or the Fragrant Parsnip; convergence of the heart yang, with the genus of schizandra, Yuan Zhi; to reassure the mind, with the drink of the vital pulse, Poria, and so on; to calm down the heart, with the mother-of-pearl, the bones of the dragon and oysters, and so on.

Of course, the prescription for anxiety is not as simple as this, and there may also be a deficiency of heart qi, or a deficiency of fire, etc., and the treatment should be focused on each. However, regardless of the type of classification, it is important to focus on nourishing the heart and blood, because the heart and blood is the material foundation of the heart of God.

(F) Acupuncture for anxiety?

Acupuncture treatment for anxiety can yield rapid results. I have clinically treated many of these cases, often the needle into the anxiety is lifted, breathtaking.

My idea of taking points has two main aspects: one is, according to the thirteen ghost points to treat the disease, there are a few requirements, one is not necessary to all the thirteen points of the needle; the second is the need to take the points in order; the third is to stay in the needle, or do not stay in the needle; the fourth is to only one side of the needle acupuncture points, according to the left and the right of the man to take the points.

Secondly, the treatment from the heart, take Shenmen, Neiguan, Daling as the main points, together with Siguan, Baihui, Fengchi points. Among them, Baihui and Fengchi points are localized points that can balance the qi of the head, and are very effective.

(7) Using the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture to treat anxiety?

Why are people anxious? Because there is no wisdom. Why is there no wisdom? Because there is no study of traditional Chinese culture.?

There is great wisdom in traditional Chinese culture that can make us healthy as well as happy and joyful. If we can learn and practice traditional Chinese culture, we can always reflect and repent, change what we have done, be thankful for what we have done, find our own faults and look at the benefits of others, expand our mind, stay away from the five poisons of resentment, anger and annoyance, speak good words, think good thoughts, and act good deeds, and take virtue as the basis.

The reason for anxiety is that one focuses too much on oneself and puts the ? I? is too big and too important. Letting go of the I am the only one who can do this. and think more about how to benefit others, to help others, then how can anxiety arise?

The past sages and sages teach us: ? The sky is healthy, the gentleman to self-improvement; the earth is Kun, the gentleman to the virtue of carrying things? If we can all endow the virtues of heaven and earth, to be a truly beneficial to others, beneficial to society, I believe that everyone will Jun fire bright, everyone will not produce anxiety.
