1. When using handicraft resin, there should be enough curing agent to ensure enough exothermic peak temperature to reach a higher curing level. Too little curing agent may lead to insufficient permanent curing of resin crafts.

2. Under the condition of high ambient temperature, the amount of accelerator can be appropriately reduced to obtain a long enough gel time and complete curing effect.

3. Generally, in the manufacture of resin handicrafts, the molar ratio of accelerator to curing agent (peroxide) must be less than 1 (in this case, only cobalt salt can be selected as accelerator), otherwise the reverse speed of accelerator and primary free radical initiator will be greater than that of primary free radical initiator monomer, and the conversion rate will be reduced. Therefore, excessive use of accelerators can not achieve the effect of accelerating curing, but will reduce the function of unsaturated resin handicrafts.

4. For the curing of polyester resin which has not reached the maximum value, the curing system with low reactivity should be selected.

5. Under the unfavorable curing conditions of low temperature or high humidity, the compound curing system is acceptable: the normal temperature is 25 degrees Celsius.
