What are the main modes of freight transportation in plateau areas?

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has complex terrain and bad climate, so it is very difficult to build traffic lines. At present, only the Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the railway to Tibet, and a large number of goods are mainly transported by road.
