There are 10 national protection units, 5 provincial protection units and 23 county protection units in the ancient city, and there are more than 7,600 cultural relics in the collection. Among them, longxing temple is praised as "the first temple outside Beijing" by the famous ancient architect Mr. Liang Sicheng, and the six cultural relics in the temple are the highest in China.
Zhengding Ancient City is also the hometown of Zhao Zilong, a famous star of the Three Kingdoms. It is famous for its "three mountains disappear, nine bridges don't flow, four towers and eight temples on the ninth floor, and twenty-four golden arches".
