Behind-the-scenes tidbits of drunken Zhang Mansan

Martial arts legend manuscript

A pair of embroidered shoes, a TV series adapted from the manuscript, has attracted wide attention since it was filmed. Manuscript literature has once again set off an upsurge in China, which not only brings deep nostalgia to people who trudged from the era of cultural famine, but also provides unique spiritual enjoyment for people living in the era of multi-information. The famous writer Zhang Baorui's novel Zhang San has also been adapted into a 26-episode TV series Zhang San, which was created by the original crew of Young Huang Feihong.

The TV series Drunken Man San retains the original plot of the novel. It tells the legendary story that Zhang San, who is handsome, elegant, honest and sincere, and has unique skills, finally became a martial arts master after twists and turns, and describes the heroic chivalry of Zhang San and others.

Zhang Kung Fu is a systematic martial arts kung fu system inherited from Mr. Zhang Changzhen, a famous martial artist in Beijing in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. Zhang Changzhen, a former royal bodyguard, is the founder of Zhang Sanmen. This kind of martial arts originated in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, and was compiled by three military commanders in the late Ming Dynasty on the basis of their respective studies, which concentrated the essence of martial arts at that time. In the process of its development, it has formed two characteristics: the first is secret teaching; The second is that although the martial arts class outside the door and the society have long heard of its name, few people know which sect its skills belong to. In the nearly 400 years of inheritance, its technical system is basically unaffected by the outside world and has always maintained its traditional style. It is a "living fossil" of China Wushu school culture in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is of inestimable cultural value to study the technical archaeology, history and culture of China Wushu.

It has an important symbol and feature of the maturity of the internal system of China Wushu in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties-internal strength and external boxing. Its methods, routines, boxing methods and equipment are self-contained, with simple form, rigorous structure, simple movements, comprehensive exercise, unique efficacy and strong scientific research and application value.

This kind of martial arts strictly maintains the characteristics of traditional martial arts dominated by martial arts. In the process of passing down from generation to generation, it has condensed rich scientific and humanistic information, and it is also a rare resource to study the actual combat technical training and history and culture of China traditional Wushu.

About the real Zhang San Kung Fu.

The Inheritance and System of Zhang's Boxing

For many years, the martial arts of this school have made outsiders feel mysterious. First, you can't practice martial arts to a certain extent, and you are not allowed to make public and report to the portal, so as not to embarrass yourself or bring shame to yourself. Second, because this school pays attention to internal strength training, it needs a quiet environment when practicing Qi, which is rarely seen by outsiders.

In Zhang's boxing system, it can be divided into two categories: "local kung fu" and "foreign kung fu". This kind of martial arts was inherited by Mr. Zhang Changzhen from this teacher, and this kind of martial arts is collectively called "ordinary style" in Zhangjiaquan; Foreign kungfu was learned by teacher Zhang Changzhen from other schools. In his later years, Mr. Zhang Changzhen sorted out what he had learned all his life and formed a brand-new training system.

Generally speaking, Zhang's fist achievement system * * * includes six categories:

(1) basic skills; Basic physical fitness exercises specially designed for beginners.

(2) Internal skills: including palm piercing, cloud hand, waist grinding, Huang Sangong, Gong Zhuang, and palm-turning iron crotch diagram.

(3) Sanshou: refers to the kungfu practiced alone for the purpose of actual combat, including four hands, palm piercing, mandarin duck leg, five-step plum blossom kick and so on.

(4) unarmed combat: it is the content of actual combat training, including palm piercing, progressive three hammers, elbow bottom hammers, etc.

(5) Boxing routines: mainly big boxing and small boxing.

(6) Instruments: including the basic skills and routines of various instruments, with Liuhe marksmanship, Bagua knife and knife cutting as the main methods, and also absorbing instruments such as "Golden Gun" and "Zhu Jie Strafe".

It is difficult to learn this martial art, which requires perseverance and endurance. But now, the first three generations of Zhang Sanmen's descendants have cultivated one inheritor after another. The fourth generation of descendants hope to live up to expectations, continue to teach Zhang style boxing and Kung Fu to those who are willing, and let friends at home and abroad learn the essence of Wushu with traditional characteristics that has been passed down conservatively for nearly 400 years.
