Four automobile technologies

Stamping, welding, painting and assembly.

1. Stamping process: Sheet metal parts are stamped and formed with dies according to design requirements.

2. Welding process: All sheet metal parts are welded into a body in white, which is the basic structure of the body.

3. Painting process: pretreatment, primer and topcoat are carried out on the body-in-white to make the body beautiful and play a protective role.

4. Assembly process: Assemble all internal and external accessories, such as the engine, to the car body, and finally become a complete car.
