What's the difference between "Daoxiang Village" and "Daoxiangchun"?

These are two different enterprises.

1. Daoxiangchun, founded by Zhang Senlong, studied crafts in Wang Renhe Tea Shop in Shanghai, and was born in Dantu, Jiangsu.

in p>1913, he came to Beijing alone, and set up a stall to make and sell "eyebrow meat dumplings" in Dongan market. There was an oven on the beach, which was now roasted and sold.

in p>1915, he raised funds, founded "Senchunyang" food store in Dongqinglou, and began to hire shop assistants to open a food store featuring southern flavor. Each of these shop assistants and technicians has a unique skill, and the cakes they make are delicious and fragrant.

At that time, most food stores around the world used Daoxiang Village as their font size. In order to distinguish them from others, Zhang Senlong took the word Chunshan as his font size, changed the village to Chunchun, and named his Nanwei food store Daoxiangchun.

Taoxiangchun's cakes are mainly Soviet-style, with both Guangzhou flavor and Western-style cakes. The famous cakes are eyebrow patties (crispy dumplings), prickly heat, beef tongue cakes, rose cakes, ebony cakes and Mid-Autumn moon cakes. There are more than 4 kinds of raw and cooked meat and vegetarian food, such as barbecued pork, fried chicken, Nanjing salted duck, assorted vegetables (Luohanzhai), vegetarian chicken and vegetarian ham.

2. Daoxiang Village was founded by Zhu Youqing and others.

after the founding of the Republic of China, southerners came to Beijing gradually. At that time, Zhu Youqing, a native of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, and others, seized the habit of southerners who like to eat sweets, and jointly opened a "Daoxiang Village" southern goods store in Qianmen bustling street. Selling homemade Nanwei cakes and local products in the south is very popular with southerners, attracting customers in the north, and the business is greatly boosted.

Later, there were too many merchants who took "Daoxiang Village" as their store name, resulting in mixed fish and dragons. In 1916, Zhu Youqing withdrew from the shares of Daoxiang Village, and opened Gui Xiang Village in Xidan to compete with it. In addition, Daoxiang Village was forced to close down in 1925 because Daoxiang Chun opened by Zhang Senlong was its strong opponent.

in the early 198s, Daoxiang Village's time-honored brand was restored, and the former store and the latter factory were still the main management mode, and efforts were made to excavate and restore the tradition. In 1988, he won the award of excellent food time-honored brand. The new stores are located at No.15 Dongsi North Street and No.1 Dongkou of Dengshi.
