The practice method of massage and health-care skills is relatively simple. You can practice in standing, sitting and lying positions. The posture requirements do not need to be too strict. Generally, you can exercise according to the following steps: choose a posture, Either sit, stand or lie down. Those who are old, frail or physically weak due to long-term illness can choose sitting or lying position. If their physical condition permits, they can also choose standing position. If the symptoms of edema are severe, the standing position cannot be used.

After selecting the practice posture, use the palm of your left hand to gently press 10 cm below the navel (Dantian point), and then stack it on the left hand with your right hand.

Focus on the Dantian point. When inhaling, imagine that the fresh air from nature will enter the Dantian acupoint with the inhalation; when exhaling, imagine that the bad things such as dirt, diseases and pathogens in the body will be expelled from the body with the exhalation. Just breathe like this for about 10 times. Breathe as slowly as possible, but you don't have to overly pursue the speed of your breathing. You should let it take its course.

After the above process is completed, massage the palm of your hand on the Dantian point first for 9 times in a clockwise direction, and then for 9 times in a counterclockwise direction to make the Dantian point feel warm.

After completing all the above, this exercise has been practiced once, and now it is time to start doing some closing movements. The main action to complete the exercise is to gently tap the lower limbs and upper limbs several times to prevent the limbs from feeling numb. After the tapping is completed, you can walk for a few minutes.
