Wiring harness testing principle
Insulation test: After passing the low-voltage conduction test, conduct insulation test. During the insulation test, the tester applies a certain high voltage to the tested cable, and the other cables connect it to the ground wire to measure the current between cables. If the current exceeds the current value set by the user, the cable is considered unqualified. When the current value set by the user is reached, measure the insulation resistance value at this time. The judgment result is displayed on the computer in the form of "passed" or "failed" clear information to inform the user.
Withstand voltage test: apply high voltage to the cable to be tested for a certain period of time and measure the current on the cable. If the actual current exceeds the current value set by the user, the cable is considered unqualified. The judgment result is displayed on the computer in the form of "passed" or "failed" clear information to inform the user.
