Circuit bin reconstruction

Welding production

It is necessary to coat the circuit compartment with heat-conducting silica gel, and then put the led beads of the high-light flashlight on it before the corresponding welding work can be carried out. Pay special attention to the direction of positive and negative electrodes when welding, and never make a mistake.

The work of testing

After the welding production is completed, a simple test should be carried out. If everything is all right and the led flashlight can light normally, we will put it into the flashlight shell.

Installation parts

After the flashlight circuit compartment is installed, if a metal lamp cup is used, it is necessary to stick an insulating sheet on the led, and finally install some flashlight parts and tighten them to use.
