School-based curriculum of children's poetry teaching

Curriculum development background

Hello, experts and judges, I'm contestant No.3, and my course is children's poetry appreciation and teaching. "To lay the foundation for students' happy life and add luster to teachers' happy life" is the school-running philosophy of our experimental primary school. Over the years, the school has been closely surrounding this concept, based on reality, focusing on the future development of teachers and students, and constantly developing school-based courses.

Since 2007, the school has developed six kinds of school-based courses, including humanistic literacy, scientific literacy, artistic aesthetics, subject development, physical and mental health and life skills, and established a relatively complete system of school-based curriculum development and implementation, gradually forming curriculum characteristics.

For twelve years in a row, the school-based curriculum in our school has become a beautiful landscape in our school. At present, 1 18 club is opened every week to meet the needs of different students. Our teachers are also growing in the course construction and development.

Under such a rich and open curriculum background, I applied to the school and developed the school-based curriculum "Appreciation and Teaching of Children's Poetry".

China is a country of poetry, and poetry teaching has a long tradition. More than 2,500 years ago, China had his first collection of poems-The Book of Songs. Confucius said, "Poetry can flourish". More than two thousand years ago, he was already exploring one of the most essential functions of poetry, that is, the aesthetic edification of personality.

Poetry, as a part of China's aesthetic spirit, pays attention to "body", "heart" and "emotion", just as spring breeze melts rain and moistens things silently.

On may 20 17, the Chinese children's literature research association approved the formal establishment of the poetry education Committee. As soon as the Poetry Education Committee was established, it devoted itself to integrating the national poetry education resources and widely promoting the development of poetry education.

It is undoubtedly a very meaningful thing to lead children to read and appreciate children's poems and make simple creations, and sow the seeds of poems in young minds, which is conducive to the development of students' personality and the formation of school characteristics.

Course description

Children's poems are suitable for children to read, which can be written by adults or children themselves.

This course aims to cultivate children's imagination, improve children's humanistic quality and enhance children's aesthetic consciousness and ability by guiding students to read, appreciate and create children's poems, and feel the exquisiteness of children's poetic language, rich imagination and profound implication. Let children read and write children's poems in school, family and social life, see a poetic life and feel the poetry in life.

Curriculum development process

20 17.9——20 18.7 tries to explore the bud.

On 20 17, the school invited Bian Cunjin, a famous children's literature writer and poet, to give a report on children's poetry, which ignited my interest in children's poetry. In the evening, I ordered his book of children's poems "Leaves are Birds" from the Internet, which started a journey of children's poems for me and my class, focusing on reading and doing simple imitation.

20 18.9——20 19.7 planning and development of writing outline

After nearly a year's attempt and exploration of children's poetry teaching, I found that this course was deeply loved by students and the teaching effect was good, so I applied to the school to develop this school-based course. The school will promote my teaching experience report to all teachers. We choose children who like children's poetry from each class in grade four, set up school-based courses for children's poetry appreciation teaching, write outlines and plan development. During the period, I mainly read books and do simple creation.

20 19.9 till now? Solid teaching and continuous exploration

Wisteria Poetry Society was established, and the official WeChat account of Wisteria Poetry Society was established. The official account of WeChat shared famous children's poetry works such as Bian Cunjin, Ye Xue and Ding Yun, as well as excellent works created by children themselves, and mobilized children to read and write poems. During this period, he led the children to read more than 300 children's poems, and teachers and students created more than 400 children's poems. 20 19 10 instructed student Wang to write Summer and won the first national "Gaicangshan Cup" campus children's poetry competition. In March, 2020, he directed Wang to create Children's Literature in Hunan, "Babies Slipping Out of the House with Colored Pens".

This summer, the county teaching and research section arranged for me to give a report on the teaching experience of exercises in Shimen Town and Daxing Town respectively, during which I also talked about the idea and practice of "children's poetry reading and writing". At the beginning of school, at the Chinese teaching and research meeting of our school, I gave another report on the experience of "poetry moistening childlike innocence", hoping to inspire other teachers to do this meaningful thing.

"Poetry in Autumn" Lesson Example

Teaching objectives

1. By reading children's poems about autumn, let students feel the exquisiteness, novelty and interest of the language contained in children's poems.

2. Lead students out of the classroom, find poems on campus, find the beauty around them, and learn to express unique ideas in poetic language.

Teaching design

First, create a situation to stimulate poetry

1. dialog import

Do you like autumn, children? What do you like best in autumn? Children exchange their favorite things: the sky is bluer, white clouds are like magicians, fruits are ripe, and colorful chrysanthemums are in full bloom. ...

2. The courseware shows a group of pictures of autumn scenery.

Unconsciously, Miss Qiu came slowly. When she walked across the field, the field turned golden; When she walked through the Woods, the Woods put on colorful clothes; As soon as the chrysanthemum went through the garden, it got a new hairstyle. ...

The design of this link arouses children's impression of autumn scenery by exchanging and watching pictures about beautiful autumn scenery, and triggers children's yearning and love for beautiful things.

Second, appreciate children's poetry and feel poetic.

1. Seeing the wind blowing through the Woods and the leaves flying, the poet Lin Wuxian wrote a children's poem and showed it:

Qiuxin

I will write to you in autumn.

Make writing paper with leaves.

Please be a postman.

Lazy postman

Every place

Throw away the letter.

Some letters fell on the squirrel's head.

Some letters fell beside the frog.

The goose on the road also took a page home.

In the pond, on the grass.

Autumn letters are everywhere.

The animals hurried to prepare for the winter.

(1) requires students to read.

(2) Q: What is an autumn letter? Who will deliver the letter?

Guide students to perceive: autumn letters are fallen leaves, and when the wind blows, one letter after another sets off. The animals have all received letters in autumn and are going to spend the winter! How interesting it is to realize that the poet imagines the fallen leaves as a letter written to everyone in autumn!

(3) Then guide students to read the rhythm and charm of poetry.

2. Show pictures of rice fields and inspire students to imagine: What will you think of? Carpets, oceans ... Show children's poems;

paddy field

this book

The wind likes to turn.

The sun likes reading.

The wind blows back and forth.

The sun has read and read.

Read all the time.

(1) Listen to the teacher and ask the students to close their eyes and imagine the picture.

(2) Q: What does the poet compare rice fields to? Which sentence do you like best? Why?

(3) Guide students to perceive: the poet compares the rice field to a book, and when the wind blows, it is like turning a page and making a noise. Experience: Cooked here refers to cooked rice, and also refers to cooked reading. Punning is meaningful.

(4) Let the children read by themselves and experience the taste of poetry.

3. Xiulian Picture: Miss Qiu is really naughty. She took all the lotus flowers in our campus, leaving only a lovely little lotus flower.

(1) Inspire students to imagine: What do you think of when you see these lovely little lotus flowers?

(2) What did the poet Ye Xue think? Show:

lotus pond

Lotus pond in summer

theatre

Wide lotus leaf

Dragonfly's stage

A tall lotus flower

Frog's microphone

A long summer

A lengthy song and dance performance

The autumn show is over.

An untouched microphone.

Stand upright

Turned into a fish

A telescope for observing the stars.

(3) Please read.

(4) Other children think about what the poet compares the lotus to.

Guide the students to understand: what a strange imagination the poet compares the lotus to the microphone of a frog and the telescope of a fish! Imagination must be different and innovative.

(5) Instruct students to imagine pictures when reading.

The design of this link focuses on inspiring children's imagination, reading and appreciating children's poems and opening children's minds. Focus on guiding children to read poetry, the rhythm and charm of poetry, and the sense of picture. Reduce trivial analysis, so as not to destroy the overall aesthetic feeling of children's poetry, and let children feel the exquisiteness of children's poetry language, the novelty of imagination and the long meaning in reading.

Third, go out of the classroom to find poetry (wonderful link reproduction)

1. Children, our school is like a big garden. The scenery is different all year round, and fairy poems are hidden in every corner. Do you want to follow teacher Qiu's footsteps and look for beautiful poems in the autumn campus?

2. We came to the campus. Smell it. What did you find? The students replied in unison: osmanthus fragrance.

Smelling the sweet smell, we approached osmanthus fragrans and observed it carefully. What does osmanthus look like? (Like Huang Xing, like a sweet-smelling little girl) What else did you think of? Say different ideas in poetic language.

Let's continue to follow Mr. Qiu's footsteps and look under the persimmon tree in front of Houde Building. What's little persimmon like? Yes, like little lanterns. It's getting dark Who does the little lantern illuminate?

Children, the poet Lin Wuxian compared the fallen leaves to autumn letters. Let's observe the leaves on campus together. What are the leaves like? What do you like to think of it as? Let's see whose idea is the most unique.

Ye Xue, a famous writer and poet of children's literature, said: Don't lock children in the classroom to describe spring. Similarly, to discover the beauty of autumn, we should also lead our children out of the classroom. In this teaching session, I make full use of the elegant environmental resources of the school, lead the children to observe the flowers and trees on campus, guide them to open all their senses, have a look, smell and think, and try to express their unique ideas in poetic language. The purpose of this design is to teach children how to observe things and make them realize that beautiful poems are around us and life is poetry. Because the children have a certain foundation through reading and writing poems in the past three years, the creation of children in this class is still immature, but it still brings me some small surprises. I hope that through this little infiltration, every child can have a pair of eyes that are good at discovering beauty, have a poetic childhood and grow up happily.

Fourth, appreciate the exchange and encouragement of evaluation.

Teachers and students * * * selected campus poets and won the best creative award.

Encourage children to love reading and writing poetry and continue our journey of children's poetry.

I won the first prize and the third place in this competition, which is a souvenir. )
