The third type: urban distribution type

Distribution type refers to the city to engage in low-temperature warehousing and distribution of integrated business, according to this mode of operation of the enterprise at present has a certain regional limitations, it is difficult to realize the cross-regional services, but the profit is not bad. The fourth type: integrated

Sixth: supply chain type

This kind of supply chain model is the choice of large enterprises with strong strength, and from our experience, it is also the more advanced and viable model for the development of cold chain logistics in China at present. We believe that more enterprises in China's cold chain will develop in this direction in the future.

Currently, China's larger third-party cold chain logistics enterprises are: Shuanghui, Sinotrans, Jinjiang Cryogenics, Chongqing Xuefeng, Xiahui Logistics and so on. The rise of cold chain logistics in China has attracted the penetration of foreign logistics enterprises in China's cold chain logistics market: China Merchants and the U.S. American Cold Company set up a joint venture of China Merchants American Cold; Australia's largest cold chain logistics provider, Swire, enters South China; and Pufis builds a cold chain warehouse in Shanghai. More and more logistics companies enter the cold chain market in China, however, after the development in recent years, they found that the survival of the state of some difficult, last year's "Planning" really let the cold chain "hot" a, and this year the cold chain logistics has begun to cool down.

In addition, July 1 this year, the implementation of the "highway safety protection regulations" has become the focus of attention of many logistics companies. Article 66 of which clearly stipulates: "for 1 year illegal overloading transport more than 3 times of freight vehicles, by the road transport management agency to revoke its vehicle operating license; for 1 year illegal overloading transport more than 3 times of freight vehicle drivers, by the road transport management agency ordered to stop engaging in business transportation; road transport enterprises 1 year illegal overloading transport of freight vehicles more than 10% of the total number of freight vehicles in the unit, the road transport management agency shall order the road transport enterprise to suspend and rectify its business; if the circumstances are serious, it shall revoke its road transport operation license and announce it to the society." The implementation of this regulation has put forward harsher requirements for the survival of cold chain logistics enterprises. Nowadays, the price of diesel has risen from about 5 yuan per liter three years ago to nearly 8 yuan per liter; the salary level of logistics drivers has been adjusted from about 1,700 yuan per month three years ago to more than 3,500 yuan. The cold chain logistics price of several large domestic frozen food enterprises has basically remained at the same level in the last two years, and there is also a phenomenon that the logistics price of some routes has decreased rather than increased. Against this background, the phenomenon of overloading is difficult to avoid. After the implementation of the regulations, the operation cost of logistics enterprises will be further increased, and the production and development will be more difficult. In this regard, the relevant industry organizations and business representatives are actively communicating with the transport authorities in the hope of setting up a certain buffer period, relaxing the rules for certain types of vehicles within a certain period of time, and gradually implementing the provisions of the Regulations. In addition, the relevant departments need to develop as soon as possible to adapt to China's national conditions of the new standards for vehicle transportation, logistics enterprises should be able to get out of the "over the limit" of the dilemma.

For cold chain logistics enterprises, the current urgent need to solve the business model problem. At present, the concentration of China's logistics is very low, and the market share of the top ten cold chain logistics enterprises is less than 6%. In this regard, Mr. Liu Weizhang, the Secretary General, believes that "China should also take the route of intensification like the United States." In addition, cold chain logistics is a kind of specialized logistics, which is only confined to the field of frozen and chilled food, and the scale is relatively small compared with that of ordinary logistics of steel and coal, etc. This also leads to the fact that many enterprises which used to be engaged in the public sector have been in the business of cold chain logistics. This has also led to a number of enterprises originally engaged in public ****basic logistics to enter the field of cold chain, found that the original network construction is not suitable for cold chain logistics, and can not be transplanted to the original development model. Cold chain is to serve the whole industrial chain, so cold chain logistics must be subordinate to production. In order to develop and grow, cold chain logistics enterprises should analyze the structure of the industry chain, so as to build and develop cold chain logistics in the industry as a whole, not just a part of it.
