What is Mantis Fist?
Mantis Fist is one of the famous Han traditional martial arts schools in China, a kind of Elephantine Fist. It is one of the four famous fists of Shandong, and one of the first nine schools of traditional martial arts to be included in the systematic research and organization by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports.
Mantis Fist Mantis Fist was created in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, and is said to have been created by Wang Lang (Yu Qi, a native of Qixia, Shandong Province), who was a member of the resistance against the Qing Dynasty in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
The formation and development of Mantis Fist is the cohesion of the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, many schools of martial arts, only according to the boxing spectrum contained in the "eighteen fist ancestor name" said that the Mantis Fist is the carrier of ancient Chinese martial arts culture, the study of this boxing for the understanding of the Ming and Qing Dynasty have a great help to the role of the martial arts.
