Relationship between Dragon Boat Festival and Qu Yuan

The fifth day of the fifth lunar month is the Dragon Boat Festival. Duan means Chu and Wu means Wu. Why not call it Dragon Boat Festival but Dragon Boat Festival? Because Xuanzong's birthday was on the fifth day of August, Song Jing, then prime minister, avoided the word "five" and changed the "Dragon Boat Festival" to "Dragon Boat Festival" to please the emperor. According to the order of earthly branches, the first month is silver moon, the second month is Uzuki, and the fifth month is "noon". So it makes sense to change "Dragon Boat Festival" to "Dragon Boat Festival". In addition, noon is sunny, and May 5th includes two Fridays, so the Dragon Boat Festival is also called "Duanyang" or "Chongwu". ?

Dragon Boat Festival originated in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, evolved in the Han, Wei and Six Dynasties, and was shaped in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Up to now, this custom is still enduring. There are four main theories about the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival. Qu Yuan was forced to leave his post, was driven out of the capital and exiled to the Yuan and Xiang river basins. During his exile, he wrote immortal poems such as Li Sao, Tian Wen and Jiu Ge, which worried about the country and the people. In 278 BC, Qin Jun conquered Kyoto of Chu. When Qu Yuan saw that his motherland was invaded, his heart ached, so on May 5th, he wrote his masterpiece Huai Sha and threw himself into the Miluo River. ?

Tourists all go to the thirteenth floor and don't envy the ancient Yangzhou. Lian Chang, Qiong Yi, Yu Zhou. Whose parents are singing, flying around Lushan, staying overnight. " When the Dragon Boat Festival arrives, people, like weavers, go to the Stone Buddha Temple to play, sing and feast. At this moment, who would think of Qu Yuan? Who cares about reading Li Sao? ?

Yes, unification is a historical trend. On the territory of China, if seven countries coexist, it is better to develop faster together. Of course, Qin can unify Chu, and Chu can also unify Qin.
