Difference between casserole for induction cooker and ordinary casserole
Mainly in materials and shapes.
The casserole of induction cooker must be made of iron or stainless steel, not copper or aluminum, and the bottom is made of magnetic conductive material. Ordinary casserole is a pot made of various materials that can be made or used. The shape of the pot of the induction cooker must be a flat casserole.
Containers that can't be used in induction cookers: pots and pans with poor magnetic conductivity such as aluminum, pure stainless steel and glass. The transparent glass pot on the market can't be used even if there is a metal sheet attached to the bottom without indicating that the induction cooker is suitable, because the metal sheet is too thin.
